Hello! I am Leila, and I am so excited to be your Head Prefect this year. I am currently studying Geography, Psychology and Drama. I joined the School in Year 7 and have loved every second.

The best parts of my School life have definitely been the things outside of the classroom. You might see me rushing around all over the site – from playing the trumpet in the music block to being in the Hub and the Hive with the younger children.

I have always really enjoyed the sport here at Clifton High, specifically hockey. My personal highlight was our tour to Amsterdam.

However, my favourite memories of School are definitely the annual School Productions. The close friendships I have been able to form with pupils in all year groups are so special, and I would recommend anyone to get involved.

The biggest lesson I have learnt at School is to take every opportunity that you can, work hard, but always try to have fun.

As Head Prefect, I am hoping to encourage everyone to find their voice and have the confidence to be themselves.

I am very grateful to be in this position, and if you ever need any advice or just want to talk, I would love it if you approached me. I can’t wait to meet more of you around School this year!

Hi, my name is Sam, and I'm delighted to be your Head Prefect. I study Economics, Business, PE and Core Maths at A level. Post-A levels, I hope to complete a degree apprenticeship in Finance and Accounting.

I've been at Clifton High School since Reception. For the past thirteen years, I've immersed myself in Clifton High's wide range of opportunities, whether it be on the stage in productions or doing sports.

Sport is my main passion. I'm the 1st XI football captain and play cricket and rugby for the School too. You may also see me out running often or trying to avoid the trees on the golf course. I also work in the kitchen at a pub, so managing my time can often be a struggle.

I'm really looking forward to giving back to the School community and helping everyone grow throughout my stint as Head Prefect. I'm someone you can approach and talk to anytime, and I hope, as Head Prefect, I'm able to make your time at Clifton High School enjoyable.

Hi, my name is Lee, and I’m very pleased and honoured to be a member of this year’s Heads Team! I currently study PRE (Philosophy, Religion and Ethics), Politics and Classics, which is also the field I focused my EPQ on, and the one I hope to study at university and beyond. My goal as Deputy Head is to make the Student Council more accessible and engaged with the School community, so that you don’t have to be on the Heads Team to make a change!

I joined the School in Year 9, and have so far enjoyed trips to Rome and Greece, as well as attending the Classics Club, Speech and Drama, and a brief stint in the production (Vince Fontaine in Grease, anyone?). This year, I have set up a Philosophy Club which meets every week. I also enjoy helping out with School events and volunteering with the younger members of the School. I regularly read with the Year 3 children, and on a weekly basis, I swim with the Hive children.

As for where you can find me if you’d like to get some ideas across, I’m often in the Sixth Form kitchen, and I’m very excited to be working with you all!

Hello everyone, my name is Reggie (or Reg) and I’m really looking forward to being your Deputy Head Prefect this year.

I am currently studying Maths, Physics, Economics and AS Photography. After I leave Clifton High, I hope either to go to Flight School to become a commercial pilot or to study Aeronautical Engineering at university.

I joined Clifton High in Year 9, and since then I’ve been a member of both the cricket and hockey teams. I also founded and led the F1 Club with Max Reid, alongside taking part in many other clubs throughout my time at the School.

In my spare time, I love cooking and sketching, as well as playing tennis and golf, and of course, spending quality time with my friends and family. Ever since Madame Ribot‑Bruno first taught me French in Year 10, I’ve loved the language. Even though it didn’t fit with my A level plans, I’ve continued learning French independently as a hobby, mostly through curating my social media feed in French and chatting with my old French friends. I hope to one day be fluent enough in the language to have a full conversation with them, as currently my listening and reading skills are great, but my speaking needs a bit of work.

Hi everyone! My name is Summer, and I am delighted to have been chosen to be your Deputy Head Prefect for the academic year ahead.

I am currently studying Art, Product Design, Business and AS Photography. I have been part of Clifton High School since Year 9, and I am interested in doing a design course when I finish my A-levels.

I am so excited to give back to the School community, as Clifton High has given me a wide range of opportunities beyond the classroom, making memories and friends for life. All these things have helped me to be the person I am today, and I am grateful for all the support I get from my teachers and peers as well.

Outside of the classroom, you will probably find me teaching the children in the Hive how to swim, carrying my art folder around the School everywhere I go, or spending some of my free periods in the Art Department surrounded by creativity. I also volunteer with The Hive, which has made me become a strong role model towards them. All of these qualities and skills are things that I would bring to the role as Deputy Head Prefect, as I am open to new ideas. My key aim is to be a friendly face and someone approachable and easy to talk to about how to improve the School. I am looking forward to creating new experiences within this role.
