Clifton High School is celebrating an excellent year of A Level results, with the Class of 2026 achieving over 39% of grades at A-A* and more than two-thirds at A-B*, significantly exceeding the national average.
Students achieved exceptional outcomes across a wide range of subjects. Further Mathematics and Chinese recorded a 100% A*-A pass rate, while every student studying History, Sociology, Photography, Spanish and German achieved grades A*-B. Art continued its tradition of excellence, with all students achieving A*-B grades, including one student who achieved one of the highest marks in the country.
This year's success extends beyond the classroom. Students have secured places on an impressive range of degrees, courses and destinations, including Medicine and Mathematics at the University of Cambridge, Civil Engineering at Imperial College London and Fashion Photography at the University of the Arts London. Others will progress to study subjects including International Relations, Politics, Aviation, Motorsport Engineering and Veterinary Science.
