Clifton High School has many school policies which comply with the standards and regulations set out by the above authorities. Our policies exist primarily to ensure the safety and welfare of our pupils, as well as encompassing their learning, educational, social, cultural and moral experiences to enable them to become confident and resilient young people. An ISI requirement is that in addition to a complaints policy, we must report on the number of complaints we received in the previous academic year; the number of formal complaints received during the academic year 2020-2021 was 2.
